We are seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to significantly expand our global reach. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will be fully responsible for the optimization of our webpage and the management of our external marketing communications and marketing projects. You will be the primary point of contact for external marketing services providers, translating business goals into clear briefs and actionable tasks. What You'll Do
Webpage Management & Optimization A critical component of your role will be the continuous optimization of our web presence. You will manage and update website content regularly, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Analytics and Strategy: You'll analyze data from Google Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Based on your findings, you'll generate strategic recommendations to extend our market outreach and attract a wider audience.
- SEO & SEM: You will be responsible for implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, attract relevant readers, and drive qualified traffic. Additionally, you will oversee and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize their return on investment.
- User Experience (UX) & A/B Testing: You will continuously analyze user behavior to identify areas for improving the user experience on the INCIT webpage. You'll conduct A/B tests on various website elements, such as headlines and calls-to-
action, to determine the most effective approaches for enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
Marketing Communications & Agency Management You will be the key liaison between our internal product managers and external marketing partners. You'll ensure our marketing campaigns effectively support our lead generation strategies and that all communications align with the INCIT brand voice.
- Agency Management: You will lead the strategic planning with our external marketing agency, translating business objectives into actionable briefs and a clear distribution of tasks. You will be responsible for managing the agency's performance to ensure all marketing activities are delivered effectively.
- Content Coordination: You will take the lead in coordinating a yearly marketing content calendar, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Performance Tracking: A key part of this role is to track, measure, and manage the results and ROI of all marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the INCIT management team. This includes analyzing data from external agencies and internal platforms to create insightful reports that inform future marketing plans.
- Event Marketing: You will oversee the promotion of company-led and third-party industry events, directing the marketing agency on execution to drive attendance and engagement.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze performance data from the external agency and internal platforms to create insightful reports for the INCIT management team. Use this data to inform future marketing plans and strategies.
Who We're Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
- Experience: You must have 1-3 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in campaign planning, content creation, and managing external agencies or vendors.
- Skills: You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing plans. You must be a creative innovator with a strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy. You also possess a data-
driven approach to decision-making, using analytics to measure campaign performance and guide strategy.
