As a Marketing Executive, your will responsible to plan, execute and support integrated marketing initiatives across retail and e-commerce channels. You will work closely with internal teams, golf professionals, and external partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking in a dynamic retail and sports environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and MST Golf Lab initiatives.
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with sales objectives, retail calendars, and inventory plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Content Creation & Creative Support
- Develop marketing content for email newsletters, websites, and social media, tailored to the golf enthusiast audience.
- Collaborate with golf coaches to produce engaging content such as tips, tutorials, and coach spotlights for MST Golf Lab.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage posts across social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Monitor platform performance and engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and mentions.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and golf-related conversations to maintain brand relevance.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and liaise with golf content creators, influencers, and media partners for collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate product sponsorships, giveaways, and brand ambassador programs to amplify outreach.
- Track results of partnerships and propose improvements based on engagement metrics.
Event Marketing & Support
- Assist in promoting and executing in-store events, golf demo days, tournaments, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics including event setup, materials, communication, and follow-ups with attendees.
- Capture photos and videos during events for use in post-event marketing content.
Administrative Marketing Support
- Provide administrative support for marketing operations including invoicing, vendor coordination, and file organization.
- Assist in managing marketing calendars, reports, and campaign archives for internal review and plaining.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (campaign planning, creative development or digital marketing) in retail, sports, lifestyle, or golf-related sectors preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and design tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- A passion for golf or an interest in the golf lifestyle is a plus.
