Brief Description:
We are looking for a resourceful and creative Marketing Executive (Group Content & Community) to join our GWS team. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, supporting campaigns, and building meaningful digital and community engagement across the group’s companies.
You will be involved in content creation, campaign coordination, digital marketing, and stakeholder communication, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to amplify our brand story and sustainability mission.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive, Group Content & Community, you will be part of the Group Marketing team, you will be expected to:
- Content Development: Assist in creating and refining marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand identity across all companies within the group.
- Campaign Support: Support the execution of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Manage the company's digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website, including content scheduling and basic analytics tracking.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-departmental teams to gather information and resources needed for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content and campaign ideas.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support the team in liaising with external partners, collaborators, and vendors as required.
- Event Coordination: Assist in preparing marketing materials and logistics for events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing content and campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communications (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios are welcome)
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills across digital and print mediums
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram) and basic analytics tools
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of website content management (e.g. WordPress or Wix) preferred
- Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in sustainability, green solutions, or urban innovation is a plus
- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage
