As a Marketing Manager, APAC, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of global marketing initiatives as well as regional marketing support. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns globally, as well as local marketing support, including producing content for the APAC market, overseeing regional social media channels, and supporting in-person events across the region. This is a cross-functional role that blends strategy execution with tactical delivery, offering a unique opportunity to drive marketing impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute Global Campaigns Across Regions: Collaborate with the global marketing team to support the end-to-end planning, design, implementation and optimization of targeted marketing campaigns across channels globally, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution.
- Knowledge of demand generation best practices, with experience growing and engaging relevant contact lists, nurturing prospects, testing and learning mindset, and supporting pipeline development in coordination with the growth marketing team, leveraging full funnel content.
- Support Regional Execution of Global Campaigns: Act as a key player in localizing and operationalizing campaign strategies within the APAC market. Help ensure campaigns resonate locally while aligning with broader global objectives.
- Produce Regional Webinars and Local Content: Assist with the planning and production of localized webinars (e.g., expert interviews, product showcases, partner-led sessions) in collaboration with the growth marketing team. Help bring global narratives to life through regionally relevant content formats, across channels (including social media)
- Event Support: Provide hands-on support for regional marketing events and conferences, including logistics coordination, onsite execution, collateral preparation, and post-event reporting. Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure flawless delivery of client-facing experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a regional point of contact for marketing efforts, collaborating with sales, product, and subject matter experts to gather insights, amplify campaigns, and ensure the APAC voice is represented in global marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the financial services, fintech, SaaS or enterprise software industry, with an understanding of regional market dynamics across APAC, and demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven experience managing demand generation campaigns, including campaign setup, paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), tracking, optimization, and performance reporting, while managing content requirements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Event execution experience, including coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, supporting onsite delivery, and working closely with Global Head of Events and internal stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Experience producing marketing webinars and regional digital content, working cross-functionally with editorial and growth marketing teams to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools, including social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment. and comfort working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Collaborative, cross-functional communicator, comfortable operating in a matrixed organization and across time zones, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
