We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission , rewarding you for both consistency and performance.
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and industries that need marketing services. Develop outreach strategies (networking, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals). Manage and grow the sales pipeline.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency. Ensure client satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell additional services.
Sales Strategy & Targets:
Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Track performance metrics (conversion rates, revenue growth, lead quality).
Proposal & Pitching:
Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct sales pitches and communicate the agency’s value proposition effectively. Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing to align client expectations. Provide feedback to the team based on client needs. Ensure smooth handover from sales to account management.
