What you’ll do
- Writing blog posts, case studies, and social media posts, or assisting in creating video and email content that explains the SaaS product's benefits and use cases.
- Helping manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, creating posts, and engaging with followers.
- Assisting in search engine optimization (SEO) tasks like keyword research, optimizing web content, and contributing to paid search (PPC) campaigns like Google Ads.
- Supporting lead nurturing through email campaigns, landing pages, and other outreach strategies to convert visitors into potential customers.
- Conducting research on competitors, industry trends, and customer personas to help refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
- Analyzing campaign performance data (such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions) and preparing reports to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Crafting email campaigns to engage existing customers, encourage upselling, or nurture leads.
- Working with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Coordinating all aspects of online events such as webinars, product demos, or virtual conferences. This includes setting up registration pages, managing event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex), and ensuring seamless communication with speakers and attendees. Organizing live events such as trade shows, conferences, or networking meetups. This includes handling logistics like venue selection, registration, and materials preparation (e.g., brochures, swag).
Who you are
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
