Materials Planner

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret relevant project documentation.
• Identify and source required materials from suitable vendors.
• Compare pricing and delivery schedules to support cost-effective decisions.
• Prepare and process purchase requests for management approval.
• Propose material alternatives to clients when necessary.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules.
• Track and report material usage.
• Identify optimal solutions to meet client timelines and budget requirements.
• Expand supplier base to provide more competitive options.
• Prepare supplier evaluation requests when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Material Engineering or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 2 years of relevant Materials Planning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Organized, efficient, and collaborative team player
