Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site technical service and support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in product installations, rollouts, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Provide technical advice and training to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Project teams on proposals, solution design, and customer requirements.
- Support product testing, configuration, and application problem-solving.
- Create technical drawings, documentation, and BOMs.
- Conduct internal and external technical trainings and seminars.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and plan service activities.
- Travel up to 75% for customer support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in a technical support role, ideally in dosing pumps or industrial equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in documentation and report writing.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month
