The MEP Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) subcontractor works, as well as ensuring harmonious collaboration with other trades within the construction project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractor works to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Oversee the integration of MEP works with other trades to maintain project timelines and budget.
- Serve as a key liaison between different stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in construction post-graduation, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices and standards.
- At least 10 years of experience in Design for commercial complexity projects, showcasing proficiency in developing innovative solutions for challenging environments.
- A minimum of 5 years as the lead person guiding the design team on complex projects, highlighting strong leadership and decision-making skills.
