Job Scope:
- Liaise with insurance companies and surveyors
- Assist in preparing accident reports & quotations
- Follow up on claim approvals and status updates
- Communicate with customers regarding claim matters
Requirements:
- Prior experience in claims handling preferred
- Basic knowledge of accident/repair process
- Able to work independently
