Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process at the plant level
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure smooth product and packaging launches
- Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOM) to support assembly operations
- Manage and maintain data in the SFC (Shop Floor Control) and SAP systems
- Understand and assist with server and rack assembly processes
- Support packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies
- Lead or contribute to Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up phases Participate in ISO audits, both internal and external
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with exposure to NPI or process engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities Detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on work style
