Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Perform centre-based, home and teleheath evaluation; formulate and implement appropriate occupational therapy programmes.
2. Design and lead engaging group activities, cognitive stimulation and reminiscence sessions for seniors with dementia.
3. Deliver secure telerehab sessions and on-site home visits; coach caregivers on eniroment modifications and home exercise programmes.
4. Supervise students & junior Therapist.
5. Maintain clients' records and ensure compliance to AHPC and MOH requirements.
Job Requirement:
1. Recognised Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy
2. 3- 5 years of experience in geriatric/dementia care settins.
3. AHPC Full Registration and valid ICE certificate (Clinical Educator) from SIT
