This role provides effective office admin support to about 5 centres. Responsible for answering enquiries and providing accurate information to the customers via the phone, email and internet.
1. Administrative Support
- Support the centres with data entry of child transactions into SkoolNet and CCLS. This will include:
- Child Transactions: Enrolment, Withdrawal, Transfer, Notification of Change, Special Approval, Student Pass Application, Promotion of Children
- Purchases: Uniforms and Mattress covers (SUG cases), Field Trips, Late Fine, K2 Graduation, DSP, Enrichment Classes
- Update of Yearly Personal Particulars in Skoolnet and CCLS
- Finance Related: Status of GIRO applications, Invoice Checks
- Subsidy Applications in CCLS for all new and existing cases
- Update of School Fees Changes in CCLS (yearly) at centre level and child level
- Update of Vacancy Status in both CCLS and Campusnet
- Checking and removal of Staff discount in Skoolnet for those staff who has resigned
- Retrieval of documents for audit purpose
- Handles queries from existing and new parents and supports BU wherever needed
- Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders such as ECDA subsidy officers, licensing officers, financial assistance officers to facilitate and resolve enrolment and subsidy/financial assistance application issues.
2. Sales Support
- Enrolment Calling to achieve targeted enrolment for all centres handled
- Actively cross-sell or upsell childcare vacancies where possible
