We’re looking for a Business Analyst with deep Opera PMS expertise to join our IT division and play a key role in driving digital transformation for our hospitality business. If you’re passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and creating seamless guest experiences, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business analysis for Opera PMS (Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Cashiering, Night Audit, etc.) and translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Partner with business users, IT, and vendors to deliver upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Apply Design Thinking to design user-centric solutions and optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot system and operational issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support testing (UAT) and documentation, ensuring solutions are delivered with high quality.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives across hotel operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar IT role.
- 3–5 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle Opera PMS (Opera Cloud is a plus).
- Strong background in system configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations .
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, or e-commerce systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance business and technical needs.
