In this Role, you’ll get to
- Provide operational support to the local Business Development(BD) team and hotel partners
- Support the BD team in troubleshooting and investigating issues using both internal tools and external feedback
- Act as a consultant to internal cross-functional stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations
- Work with Market Director to develop business plans and share insights to drive partner growth
- Support the Country Leader and BD team with data analysis across various projects and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Responsible for the local BD training
What you'll Need to Succeed
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experiences, preferably including 1-3 years in the OTA or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to provide actionable insights to Business Development leaders and the team
- Problem-solving ability and clear communication skills for complex topics Willingness to travel frequently or undertake long-term assignments abroad, as required by business needs
