- Conduct Technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors in accordance of project schedules and contract requirements
- Manage budget and expenditure of the project to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Manage resourses required on site.
- Manage workplace safety in accordance to safety and health regulations.
- Overseeing the project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
- Prepare tender and contract bids.
- Prepare reports to track the progress and cost of the project.
- Responsible of planning of manpower schedule.
- Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained.
- Resolving any technical difficulties and problems that may arise on site.
- Provide technical advice and resolutions on general issues of M&E installation in buildings
- Otherad-hoc project duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor / management
