Job Description:
- Manage daily operations of the gas station, including overseeing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and surrounding property.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, reconcile sales and deposits, and prepare daily financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
