- Operations:
- Customer Relationship Management system management (ZOHO CRM)
- Online store content (product, prices, inventory) management
- Liaison for landlord, contractor and suppliers
- Quarterly audit of SOPs for improvement
- Support in online store content (product, prices, inventory) management
- Ensure sufficient packing materials inventory management and quality control of packed orders, with appointed warehouse vendor.
- PDPA Data Protection Officer
- Administration:
- Accounts Receivable and Accrual management using ZOHO Books
- Timely preparation of finance processes and documentation for
Management's approval (
- Timely renewal of Singapore Government regulatory licenses and other licenses/permits
- Monthly management reports (debtor statement of account, Purchase Order,
Invoice, inventory, finance, etc)
- Liaison for government agencies and regulatory authorities
- Inventory and Accounting system management (if it’s an existing system she would need to be taught how to use for entries using ZOHO Books
