Responsibilities

- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Support basic marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior exposure to case management, customer service, or operations coordination preferred.
- Some marketing experience or interest in marketing activities will be an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
