- Assist Operation Manager for daily schedule planning
- Assist in the day to day vessel and bunker operations
- Liaise with passengers, vessel crews, shipping agents and terminal operators
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- To maintain awareness of market trends in the industry.
- Working closely with HSE & Fleet department.
- Assist HSE & Fleet department in terms of defects reporting.
- Assist to ensure vessel cleanliness, crews take safety measures and raise awareness of what should not happen.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm and maintain bunker control.
- Courteous interaction with passengers, supervisors and vessel crews.
- Able to work on Weekend, Sunday and Public Holiday, and willing to work overtime.
- Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties where required.
