Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Operations for the CCAs which includes those in operations and in planning. Alternate project manager in their absence.
- Assist the Community Manager for CCAs in operations including coordinating with all internal & external stakeholders to enable the site operations to function optimally
- Programmes formulation and management – co-ordinate with stakeholders (e.g. VWOs) for each CCA site to deliver model of care and services in a sustainable manner. Tasks include monitoring, budgeting and performance management to achieve desired results as formulated.
- Support the HQ team in all matters relating to the strategic objectives of the CCAs and other Assisted Living services projects.
- Provide secretariat and/or administrative support for key meetings involving Assisted Living.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Passion to serve seniors in the community
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in Community Care sector
