Job Description
The Operations & Strategy Associate is a cross-functional role that supports luluto HQ in operations management, strategic documentation, and education content development , while serving as a key liaison between Singapore HQ, the Japanese entity, and other international teams . This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multilingual, multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Border Coordination & Strategy Support
Act as the primary liaison with the Japanese entity for strategy alignment, education materials, and operational updates. Coordinate with international teams across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia to ensure smooth regional operations.
2. Operations & Documentation Management
Support studio operations by preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal guidelines.
Assist in preparing strategic documents, internal reports, and operational manuals.
3. Education Content Support
Assist in compiling, editing, and managing educational content for instructor training.
Work with trainers to ensure content consistency across regions.
4. HR & Administrative Support
Prepare employment contracts, manage HR documentation, and support recruitment processes.
Handle cross-functional administrative tasks across departments.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any business-related field.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken):
- Japanese is essential for communication and alignment with the Japanese entity.
- English is essential for working with international teams, instructors, and Singapore operations.
- Knowledge and skills in Pilates with a strong understanding of the fitness industry .
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Adaptability to work across various functions in a dynamic international environment.
Preferred
- Proficiency in Chinese or Bahasa Indonesia/Malay to facilitate multi-country communications.
- Prior experience in an international or multi-country operations environment.
- Familiarity with educational program support or content development in the wellness or fitness sector.
