Job Description
- Provide seamless customer service to customers, and students.
- Assist/create content and do posting at social media. Handle customer communication, maintain leads-in and closely follow-up
- Perform sales of musical products, music course enrollment, events helper etc.
- Responsible for our day-to-day operations and support the outlet manager in daily business and school operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum "O"-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong work ethic and diligence, committed to achieving exceptional result, and retail hours
- Customer-focused mindset with effective verbal communication skills
Remuneration and Benefits
- Initial monthly remuneration of $2,600 - $3,300.
- Singaporean are welcomed. 5-day workweek with 12-15 days of annual leave.
- Training and OJT provided.
- Clear career progression to the role of Assistant Manager/ Outlet Manager.

Work Location: Work in music school outlet and/or retail outlet in shopping malls.
