Overview
Our client is an established law firm in Singapore. They are looking for a paralegal / legal executive to be part of their litigation team.
Responsibilities
As a paralegal / legal executive, you will assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support to lawyers in the firm. Your job responsibilities will include:
-Conducting legal research under the supervision of a lawyer
-Drafting correspondence to other law firms, parties, or the Courts
-Drafting, proofreading, and/or preparing legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, bundle of documents, bundle of authorities, etc
-Filing of court documents and conducting transactions on eLitigation, ICMS, iFAMS, and other electronic filing systems
-Co-ordinating administrative activities in relation to client matters
Requirements
-Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree
-Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and email software
-Skilled in use of legal research software/services
-Meticulous in management of deadlines and file administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
