Job Scope:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Data Entry, File Organisation, Submission of Transactions & other admin tasks
Arrange appointments & help with daily time management
Draft social media postings, emails and letters
Coordinate events
Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required
Job Requirements:
All (SG) are welcome to apply (3 days a week, 4 hours)
Good Communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
Able to work in an independent environment
Experience in using editing softwares and applications (CapCut / InShot / Canva) is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate, Freelance
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
