We are a growing corporate services startup currently building a full financial system for a multi-brand group, while also handling company incorporation and external client service projects.
We're looking for a Part-Time Finance Lead / Financial Consultant to help us establish standardized accounting processes , guide junior team members, and support client-facing finance operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong SME accounting experience, especially those open to flexible work arrangements and long-term partnerships.
Job Scope :
- Plan and implement accounting structures across multiple brands and companies.
- Set up financial SOPs; train junior accountants or assistants where necessary.
- Manage GST filings, corporate tax submissions, and ACRA-related documentation.
- Liaise with founders and clients to review financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Create and refine monthly financial reporting templates (e.g., for audits or fundraising).
- Attend internal meetings (remote + on-site where needed); flexible working hours.
Requirements :
- Proven experience managing accounts for SMEs or group entities in Singapore.
- Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks , or similar cloud accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, local tax regulations , and ACRA compliance .
- Prior experience supporting audits or IPO prep is a plus .
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (for written and client-facing communication).
- Experience in leading or training junior staff is preferred.
- Suitable for semi-retired professionals, ex-auditors, or experienced consultants seeking long-term, project-based roles .
