Our client, a SGX-Listed firm within the Real Estate industry with over $4 billion USD in AUM is currently seeking for a Deputy CFO .
As part of a 15-man team, the Deputy CFO will be responsible for overseeing the full finance function including FP&A, financial reporting, stakeholder management, and supporting in potential investment initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will also oversee the tax planning, participating in SGX reporting and conducting full board meetings presentation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Master/Degree in Accountancy
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience
- Experience within SGX-Listed companies is a must
- Experience within Big 4 Auditing firm is a plus
- Proven leadership track record managing a large team
- Strong communication in English and confident in doing presentation Dynamic, resourceful individual with strong attention to detail
