Location: Singapore · Near Maxwell MRT
Working Hours: 5 hours/day, 5 days/week (Mon–Fri)
Salary: SGD 1,600 – 2,000 / month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficient and compliant hiring
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts and HR-related documents (legal knowledge is a plus)
- Develop and maintain Job Descriptions for all positions; link them to performance appraisals
- Establish and implement performance evaluation systems, promotion, and reward/disciplinary mechanisms
- Manage employee records in compliance with MOM regulations
- Assist management with manpower cost analysis and provide optimization suggestions
- Submit weekly HR progress reports and attend management review meetings
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of HR experience (F&B, retail, or SME/group experience preferred)
- Familiar with Singapore labor law and MOM procedures
- Legal background or contract law knowledge is an advantage
- Strong execution skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and coordination skills
