Pilates Fitness Instructors teach group reformer classes, focusing on correcting client’s posture and modification of exercises to ensure usage of the right muscle group - true to the Pilates principles. Every class is different, catered to participants’ issues. Our Pilates Instructors have creative freedom to decide what is best for their clients on that day according to the class type and participants. We provide a non-judgmental, safe and motivating environment for clients to practice teaching Pilates for the long-term.

We welcome Pilates Instructor Trainees who have completed their Reformer training to start your Pilates Instructor career with us!
Our part-instructors can expect to be paid up to $100 per hour, depending on your audition performance and tenure with us.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Able to work at least 8 hours per week, ideally 3 back to back hours for each shift (especially for weekday evenings and weekends)
- Teach Pilates reformer exercises in a group class setting with up to 10 pax.
- Able to cue clear instructions in a friendly, motivating way.
- Modify reformer exercises to different population types within the same class.
- Program Pilates exercise routine based on attending customers’ objectives & health issues to meet the class type objectives while keeping within Pilates Fitness class type framework.
- Provide a non-judgmental, safe and motivating environment for clients to practice Pilates long-term
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Basic opening and closing of the studio.
- Using the Mindbody system to check in clients.
- General Maintenance of studio equipment and overall cleanliness of studio
Requirements:
- Certified or trained in Pilates mat and reformer from reputable Pilates institutions (such as Stott/Merrithew, PAI, Polestar)
- Knowledge of human anatomy, muscles engagement for each reformer exercise
- Understanding of physical limitations for special populations types (eg scoliosis, after surgery, rehabilitation techniques etc)
- Ability to manage a class and provide excellent customer service
- Able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week, with 3 back-to-back hours per shift on weekday evenings and weekends
- Willing to go through 4 weeks of mentorship with the Founder
- Who based in Singapore only
