Event Preparation & Logistics
- Pack and prepare all equipment and food for upcoming events as per the whiteboard and calendar schedules.
- Ensure all customer self-collection orders are ready on time.
- Assist in unpacking and checking items returned from events.
Inventory Management
- Keep accurate track of item quantities and storage locations.
- Be able to promptly answer any inquiries about stock availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage racks, including the warehouse rack.
Customer & Sales Support
- Assist sales staff with walk-in customers and clients testing equipment.
- Check the calendar and whiteboard for the latest updates from the sales team.
Warehouse Operations
- Swipe and clean the external warehouse area.
- Help the driver with loading and unloading equipment and supplies into/out of vehicles.
Food Management
- Handle food ordering, including SKP materials.
- Receive and check food items after delivery.
Other Duties
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager or sales staff.
Job Requirements :
- Physical Fitness
Able to lift, carry, and move heavy items and equipment as needed. - Basic Communication Skills
Can communicate clearly in Mandarin and/or basic English. - Responsibility & Attention to Detail
Must be reliable, careful in packing and checking items, and accurate in tracking stock. - Team Player
Willing to assist sales staff, drivers, and colleagues when required. - Time Management
Able to follow schedules and complete tasks on time, especially for events. - Ability to Follow Instructions
Can read and follow instructions from the whiteboard, calendar, or supervisor. - Cleanliness & Organization
Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and ensure items are placed correctly on shelves. - Flexibility
Open to handling other duties assigned by the manager or sales team.
