The Role:
You are responsible for maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships within the private sector to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth. The successful candidate needs to be adept at uncovering customer needs, solution development and management, building rapport and communicating effectively, creating opportunities to enable our local SMEs to digitalize HR functions, resulting in transformational customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, organizations, and influencers to drive partner referrals and channel sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and objectives to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop partner referral programs, promotional campaigns, and incentives to drive partner engagement and sales.
- Drive partner recruitment efforts, including identifying potential partners, pitching partnership opportunities, and negotiating partnership agreements.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner programs and maximize channel sales revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development roles.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry, with the ability to leverage existing connections to drive partner referrals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
