Scope of Work
- Address patient enquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide personalised service for in-clinic patients, including appointment planning, registration, dispensing of medications, and billing.
- Ensure quality patient care through patient education, assisting doctors with chaperoning, and supporting minor procedures.
- Handle a variety of administrative duties, including enquiry management and stock-taking.
