Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications using the Pega platform to meet business process needs.
- Act as a technical lead, contributing to and driving decisions across your immediate team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop innovative, user-centric application solutions that align with client objectives and enhance user experience.
- Ensure application quality through rigorous testing and validation of functionality, performance, and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in configuration and release management activities, ensuring consistency and control across environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for design optimization and process automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification
- Strong understanding of application design principles, system architecture, and software development lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in the Pega Platform, including case management, decision rules, data pages, and UI components
- Experience with Design & Build Enablement, Configuration & Release Management is highly recommended
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
