Job Summary
Based in Singapore, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in People/HR and Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment while supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our APJ Futurist population.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our APJ Futurists, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and consistent People Operations delivery. Working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition and People teams, you'll provide operational and administrative support across onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee changes, and offboarding. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow their career in People Operations.
What You'll Do
Act as the first-line contact for HR and recruitment queries in the APJ region, providing prompt and informed support via Workday Help.
Manage key People Operations processes, including job postings on local government portals, candidate data maintenance, and report generation.
Coordinate complex, high-volume interview scheduling in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience through proactive, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including ID validation, system setup, and documentation.
Assist with the administration of employee milestones such as probation periods, visa renewals, and employment verifications.
Liaise with government agencies (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) to ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
Partner with the wider APJ People Team to deliver operational excellence and employee support across the region.
Contribute to process improvements and People Ops projects that enhance the employee and candidate experience.
Take on additional ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring
Preferred experience in HR or recruitment.
Experience in an administrative or customer-focused environment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
Comfort using HR systems and tools, with eagerness to learn new technologies.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) and working on a Mac.
Experience with Workday (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS) is highly desirable.
