Sygnia is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across APJ, with a focus on scaling the adoption of Sygnia’s readiness-focused offering: Incident Response Readiness (IRR). This role plays a critical part in initiating and qualifying client engagements that lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.
The Regional Sales Manager is a hands-on sales role, for a Cyber Security Expert who thrives on client engagement, early-stage sales cycles, and consultative conversations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive regional pipeline growth by prospecting and qualifying new leads across APJ, with a focus on foundational Cyber Security services
• Lead tailored introductory calls and offering overviews, aligning Sygnia’s services with clients needs, cyber readiness capabilities, and sector-specific challenges
• Generate awareness and interest to attract potential clients and expand Sygnia’s footprint across APJ.
• Support and manage the early stages of the sales funnel (from discovery through qualification), including scheduling meetings, supporting events, and assisting with marketing activities
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, meetings, and follow-ups in HubSpot
• Partner with marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and assist in campaign execution
• Prepare sales presentations, documentation, and materials to support engagement and conversion
• Represent Sygnia in regional industry events, webinars, and client workshops
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a Cyber Security sales role
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced high-growth environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and executive audiences
• Experience using CRM and digital sales tools to manage outreach and track pipeline progress
• Client-focused, highly motivated team player with a proactive approach and growth mindset
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed
