Role Summary and Impact
As a Performance Executive, you will oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of biddable platform (Social) and for Search Copywriting in Korean. You will also provide guidance to the team working on those brands and supporting core team to develop the business capabilities across accounts.

In 3 Months:
- Developed a foundational understanding of all key social platforms, with working knowledge of search platforms as an advantage.
- Established rapport with internal stakeholders, client teams, and clients.
- Identified initial growth opportunities for paid social within assigned accounts.
- Built working knowledge of client business, product portfolio, and SEM campaigns.
- Understood and begun executing Search copywriting responsibilities.
- Provided platform support to the Performance Manager.
- Gained a general understanding of audience behaviors and targeting strategies for each client.
In 6 Months:
- Gained a full understanding of each brand’s objectives and KPIs.
- Implemented streamlined processes to improve reporting, campaign management, and cross-team collaboration.
- Achieved measurable improvements in account optimizations for social campaigns.
- Developed a solid understanding of biddable media behaviors for each client.
- Consistently delivered zero-error monthly Search copywriting outputs.
In 12 Months:
- Recognized as the go-to expert for the client’s social campaigns.
- Increased client adoption of additional biddable and digital services.
- Contributed significant value to the biddable team, collaborating closely to drive positive change.
- Elevated client understanding of strategic approaches to biddable channels, influencing long-term planning.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and reporting of Performance across multiple accounts and markets
- Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects concurrently
- Hitting Performance KPIs for clients which works to prove the value of paid social, Search copies to the clients and internal teams
- Be able to provide meaningful insights and analysis when sending reports to clients/core teams
- Should be responsible for maintaining a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing

To have learned and trained yourself to be able to talk basic digital.
What you will need:
- Basic understanding of all paid social, Search mechanisms and their implications – generally acquired with at least 1-2 years of progressive experience
- Knowledge of Korean language to speak to clients/stakeholders in the Korean market as per the role requirements
- Prior experience on multiple client’s basic social implementations and optimizations
- SEM copywriting experience (RSA Copy ads) an added advantage
- Medium to Large budget campaign experience preferred
