SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate with content, product, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across the site.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Paid Media (Search & Social)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
- Design A/B tests, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Leverage audience segmentation and remarketing to improve targeting precision.
- Work with creative teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and performance assets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets for dashboards and insights.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and continuously refine campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven results in SEO and Paid Media.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other performance platforms.
- Good knowledge of SEO tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working in or with Fintech, Finance, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
