Job Description:-
- Play a pivotal role in curating and coordinating captivating performances that enhance the overall nightlife experience
- Manage a diverse team of performance artists
- Identify, audition, and recruit talented performance artists, including dancers and singers for South Indian Musical Club
- Schedule artists, coordinate rehearsals, and oversee their performance schedules
- Train & guide the performing artists to improve on their performances
- Help plan and execute special performances for holidays, anniversaries, and other club events
- Maintain discipline of all artistes and ensure they maintain their professionalism
- Ensure safety of the crews on and off the stage and report any hazardous findings on stage and backstage
- Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists
- Handle interpersonal conflicts between artists
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Ensure the hospitality of the guest
- Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
Requirements:-
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
- Prior experience as performing artist would be an advantage
- Proven experience in event or talent management, preferably in a nightlife or entertainment setting
- A deep appreciation for performance art and a keen eye for talent
- Possess good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes positively
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a flexible schedule, including late nights and weekends
