Sam Sui Wui Kun is hiring a dynamic Permanent Part Time Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Secretary and Management Committee for our association.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative operations including managing phone calls, filing systems, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate facility rentals and events, ensuring seamless experiences for our community
- Maintain membership registry and prepare detailed reports
- Draft simple correspondences in both English and Mandarin
- Oversee office supplies and inventory management
- Provide support across various administrative and clerical functions
Essential Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Mandarin, including typing in Hanyu Pinyin
- Ability to draft simple correspondences in Mandarin
- Strong organizational and communication skills in both languages
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
