We are hiring a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant to support a prominent Korean family based in Singapore. This is a full-time, in-office role located in Bukit Merah. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a range of personal and administrative tasks with utmost discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule appointments, including medical visits and personal engagements
- Assist with household-related administrative duties such as bill payments, bank calls, and document management
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements
- Coordinate with service providers (e.g., maintenance, insurance, household vendors)
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar administrative role
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English (Korean language ability is a plus)
- Ability to manage tasks independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Comfortable working in a private household or family office environment
