Job Description
- Support client in all professional and some personal matters (child/elderly support, accompany for appointments, manage schedules)
- Accompany client to meetings and appointments
- Driving company vehicle (if required)
- Liaise with partners, agencies, schools, and medical institutions
- Assist in finding and setting up a new office
- Able to travel with client if required
- Light childcare duties (e.g. send/fetch to school – no teaching required) Full support in managing lifestyle, business, and operational logistics
Salary
Range from $4,000 to $6,000
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 10am to 8pm, Overtime may be required subjected to demand
Requirements
Possess a valid driver’s license
Proficient in Mandarin
Willing to travel overseas when required
Experience in immigration or international student processes
Familiar with Singapore’s education system.
