Job Scope:
Assist AMs in daily admin, errands, and calendar
Handle business documents, filing, and follow-ups
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal staff
Ensure smooth coordination of AM's schedule
Occasional personal assistant tasks
Requirements:
Able to speak English and handle basic written work
Trustworthy, neat, hardworking, and reliable
Able to start within short notice preferred
