We're looking for a Full-Time Personal Assistant who will assist with administrative duties and back-end running of a solo entrepreneur's business, with the potential to grow and run an empire together.
Task Description:
- Handle paperwork and back-end administrative duties for clients
- Utilize good time management and work ethics
- Assist in basic design tasks using PowerPoint, Canva, etc
- Communicate effectively with teammates and clients
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong organizational skills
- Mid-level experience in administrative duties or Personal Assistant role
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in basic Excel, Word, and Office skills
Requirements:
1. Able to speak conversational Mandarin
