You will be serving an Ultra High Networth Individual and her family. Job scope mainly covers the household duties and may include other business admin matters.
- Maintain and oversee cleaning, maintenance and inventory routines.
- Attend to family members and visitors, planning meals in accordance with dietary requirements and restrictions.
- Handle mails, parcel management, special requests, gifting and errands.
- Maintain the care, insurance, and safe storage of high-value items (art, jewellery,luxury apparel, handbags and collections).
- Ensure the home’s presentation is refined, including furnishings, décor, lighting,and seasonal arrangements.
- Coordinate pet care needs (food, grooming, exercise) with staff or external providers.
- Work alongside the domestic helpers to ensure high service standards and efficiency.
- Supervise and managing the performance of domestic helpers, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to policies.
- Oversee part-time contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Driving employers’ children to required locations.
- Support family members with ad-hoc requests and lifestyle needs
- Ensure all household systems (security, lighting, appliances) function properly.
- Overseeing cleaning and maintenance schedules, managing repairs and renovations, coordinating with contractors and service providers
- Assist in managing household budgets, expense tracking and bill payments.
- Handle financial transactions for household purchases and services.
- Making claims from corporate finance officer for corporate expenses.
- Working closely with the employer and/or company’s staff in planning and execution of gatherings, events and special occasions hosted by the employer
- Exercise strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with personal matters, financial information and any other confidential or private affairs of the household
- Managing calendar and appointments
- Extensive frequent travel arrangements
- Other ad hoc matters assigned by employer
Requirements:
Min Diploma and above
5 years of experience in similar role
Willing to work around Stevens Road area
Preferably with Class 3 driving licence and clean driving records
Comfortable with pets (2 dogs)
Proactive, meticulous, independent worker
Able to start work in short notice
