What you'll be doing
- Offering personalised guidance on pet nutrition, grooming, training, and general pet care
- Assisting customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their pet's needs
- Collaborating with the veterinary team to provide comprehensive pet healthcare support
- Organising and leading educational workshops and events to promote responsible pet ownership
- Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reports on customer interactions and preferences
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the pet care industry
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in the pet care industry, with a strong understanding of animal behaviour and health
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised, empathetic support to pet owners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and advise customers effectively
- Familiarity with relevant pet care regulations and industry best practices
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to promoting responsible pet ownership
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and development opportunities
