Working Day : Wednesday - Sunday (5 working Days)
Working Time :
1st planner - 7am - 3pm pm (Wednesday - Friday, require work in office, except Saturday & Sunday)
2nd planner - 3pm - 11pm
**Important Note : While working from home is allowed, attendance at the office will be required when necessary
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets.
- Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
- Prefer minimum 2 years of relevant working experience or newly graduate with enthusiastic to take up the challenge
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good analysis skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Independent and proactive
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
- Good team player and able to complete task assigned in shortest timeline
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice is preferred
- SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
