Job Summary
The Planning Executive is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure alignment with customer demand and business objectives. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and availability, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate short-term sales forecasts for assigned products through detailed demand analysis and stock planning in partnership with the commercial team.
- Initiate procurement process with purchase requisition issuance following DOD.
- Support internal material master data creation process.
- Participate in monthly S&OP meetings, including forecast accuracy analysis, LTE3 reporting, aging stock monitoring.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly reports and monthly presentations for management and commercial team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Regularly review SAP Blocked/QI stock list with cross-functional teams.
- Manage monthly inventory reconciliation and annual stock take coordination.
- With a focus on data-driven decision-making, provide various inventory analysis reports to inform business decisions.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects focused on continuous process improvement (e.g., Lean projects). Participate in projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing productivity, and achieving long-term strategic goals.
