- Should have 10+ years of total Experience in IT industry specifically in Banking and Financial services domain.
- Must have Digital Transformation experience in Banking industry.
- Should have experience in gathering requirements, involved in US analysis, grooming, efforts sizing and proposing the end to end solution to required stakeholders.
- Hands on experience in liaising with Product owners and development team to develop new requirements for Chatbot and Contact Center.
- Analyzing business requirements and documenting into User Stories with system specification for use by technical team during design and development in Agile Framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
