Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the used car dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading, supervising, and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Developing sales strategies and business plans to expand market share
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Overseeing vehicle sales processes, including negotiation and contract finalization
- Coordinating with marketing and operations departments to optimize sales efforts
- Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or related industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
