· Conduct sourcing, evaluation and procure materials based on pre-defined criteria provided by stakeholders
· Perform price review and negotiate pricing with suppliers
· Prepare purchase orders and verify invoices
· Issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers on orders and delivery schedules
· Execute material requisition process in accordance with the established procedures
· Recommend new suppliers, manage suppliers’ relationship and evaluate suppliers performance
· Perform general administrative and data entry duties
Requirements
· Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the AV/IT industry is preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Meticulous, eye for details and a good team player
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
· Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
